The free tier is available to all users with no registration required. Premium features require a paid subscription or one-time lifetime purchase. All purchases are subject to our refund policy (Section 8).

- Forge another person's signature for fraudulent purposes
- Create signatures that impersonate real people without their consent
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
Signatures created with SignatureHub are for your personal and business use. You are solely responsible for the legal validity and enforceability of any signature you create. SignatureHub does not provide legal advice.
5. Intellectual Property
The signatures you create belong to you. You retain full ownership of any signature you generate using SignatureHub. The SignatureHub software, branding, and content are owned by us and protected by copyright law.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
SignatureHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your specific legal needs. We make no representation that signatures created here are legally binding in your jurisdiction.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignatureHub and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Refund Policy
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; no refund is issued for the current billing period. For lifetime purchases, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied. Contact billing@signaturehub.io.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
