We do not collect your signature data. All signature creation drawing on the canvas, typing text, or processing uploaded images happens entirely within your browser using the HTML5 Canvas API. No signature data is transmitted to our servers.
2. What We Do Collect
We may collect the following anonymous, non-personal data:
- Analytics data: Page views, country/region (not city-level), browser type, device type, and referral source. This data is aggregated and anonymous.
- Contact form data: If you fill out our contact form, we receive your name, email address, and message content. We use this only to respond to your inquiry.
- Payment data: If you purchase a Premium plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information Stripe handles all payment data securely.
3. Cookies
We use minimal cookies:
- Theme preference: We store your dark/light mode preference in
localStorage. - Analytics: We may use a privacy-first analytics tool (such as Plausible or Fathom) that does not use tracking cookies or fingerprinting.
- Advertising: If you see Google AdSense advertisements on this site, Google may set cookies to serve relevant ads. See Google's Privacy Policy.
4. Affiliate Links
This site contains affiliate links to third-party products (such as DocuSign and PandaDoc). If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. These third parties have their own privacy policies.
